A few weeks ago, Hurricane Florence ravaged large portions North Carolina and surrounding states with historic flooding and wind that resulted in catastrophic damage and loss of life. In the midst of this turmoil and tragedy, Vertical Church has an opportunity to share with people the hope that shines bright in the darkness.

On October 26-27, a team from Vertical Church will be heading to Wilmington, NC to work alongside of The Bridge Church in ministering to their people and their community. The Bridge Church sustained significant damage as a result of flooding. During the trip, our team will work alongside others gutting homes of damaged walls, carpet, etc., as well as aiding The Bridge Church in their recovery.

If you are interested in joining this team, please fill out the form below to sign-up or contact Dave Stevens at davesus2@gmail.com.

Skilled and unskilled people alike are encouraged to join the team; however, we ask that no one sign up that is under the age of 15. If you are unable to join the team, please be in prayer that our team would have opportunities to pray and share the hope of Jesus with those affected. You can also donate to recovery efforts of The Bridge Church at thebridgeilm.com/give.
